Narrative of what we did

North Shore Neon exercised it’s design build capabilities in the turnkey solution they provided at 47 Prince. We analyzed the existing building to ensure it had sufficient reserve capacity to install a 25’ high sign on top of the roof. From there both structure and sign permits were filed, along with stamped engineering drawings for the DOB review and approval. NSN created shop drawings for fabrication at their shop in Deer Park. Installation occurred while the city was still largely shut down during the COVID-19 pandemic.
