Narrative of what we did

RXR’s ownership of this ground breaking building property returns the Starrett-Lehigh to it’s rightful place as Chelsea’s capitol of culture and commerce. Conceived as a rail terminus nearly a century ago, the High Line-connected Landmark building now hosts tech and fashion firms, podcasting studios, high end amenity spaces, a food court and the Yacht Club rooftop bar and restaurant. To complete the building’s fashionable coming out, the equally iconic North Shore Neon crowned its canopies with 2-foot tall letters, and walls with Landmark-approved 4-foot tall, illuminated letters. We are proud supporters of the continued commercial redevelopment success of Manhattan’s west side . . . especially when the building has a built-in food hall and coffee shop!!!
