Scope of work:

Install the 2 monopole structures and the wall signs at the ground level.
Install rebar and concrete pile caps for the monopole foundations.
Fabricate and install the wall sign structures
Install Formetco panels and banner grip frames

Narrative of what we did

North Shore Neon took on the signage development package at 34 Norman Ave which consisted of 2 monopole structures and 4 wall signs at the ground level. The existing building had no elements in place to accept the new signs so the roof of the building was cut, piles with a pile cap were installed and then the steel structure could be placed through the roof of the building. The brick walls had to be repointed prior to the steel supports being placed to support the wall signs. New lights were installed as permitted by the NYC sign code.
