Narrative of what we did

North Shore Neon fabricated and installed the steel tubes and support structure for the new mesh vinyl wall shot on the Williamsburg Hotel. 10 openings we made through the existing brick façade to create a structural connection between the steel frame and the concrete wall of the hotel. North Shore used post installed epoxy anchors to create the connection to the building. The brick was then patched around the steel tubing and the horizontal framing members were attached to the stubs. The structural system used creates a minimalist look to the structure which allows the advertising copy to cover the upper rail, giving the sign a cleaner finish.
